Dietz, M.D., M.S. The clinic meets the 2nd and 4th and 5th Tuesday and Wednesday of the month, afternoon appointments. Sees patients 2 years off treatment and will continue to see them through age 22 depending on insurance. Our multidisciplinary team consists of Physician/Nurse Practioner, Registered Dietician, Psychologist, Social Worker, and Registered Nurse. NeuroOncology and NeuroPsychiatry consultants are available if needed. Referrals to specialists as needed. Will assist with transitioning to adult care.
