Norton, 1981 Although this book was written as a guide for everyday and problem anxieties, it is full of excellent advice for parents of children undergoing traumatic procedures. This book is out of print, but may be available in your local library. (Yes, this is the same Johnathan Kellerman who is the author of quite a few thrillers/mysteries.)
